Registration, Game Librarian Volunteers, and Game Masters!
Game Teacher
Game Teachers get to be at the Awesome Games Table teaching games to the participants interested in learning to play. These are 5 hour sessions in which doing so earn you a free admission to the convention for both days for each shift you do this. You may even get to play part of the time as you teach others to play.
The Session times being Friday & Saturdays 10am to 3pm, 3pm-8pm
Registration Volunteer Responsibilities
Greet attendees as they arrive at the convention, give them directions, and answer any questions they may have. Help them to get their badge and swag.
Game Librarian Volunteer Responsibilities
Help aspiring players check games in and out of the play-to-win and game library, and enter players into the system for a chance to win any games they play!
Game Master Responsibilities
Be a Game Master for some of our RPG Games hosted each day. Game Masters will be required to host 3 hours in total to get a free badge.
Every volunteer is expected to do a minimum 3-hour and 15 minute shift, depending on shift type. Upon completing volunteering, they are given a free pass to the convention, they may sign up for more hours and get additional passes for every 3 hours and 15 minutes after the first shift. These passes are given to volunteers after they have signed up for their shifts.
