Are you covering tabletop gaming, cosplay, or community events? We'd love to have you at the ICON Convention.

🎤 Media Badge Program

Professional media organizations and established content creators are invited to apply for a complimentary media badge to cover the ICON Convention.

Approved media attendees receive convention access to create news stories, interviews, photography, video, podcasts, livestreams, or other editorial coverage highlighting the event and its community.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a media badge, your organization or publication should fall into one of the following categories:

  • 📻 Local Radio Station
  • 📰 Local Newspaper or News Publication
  • 📺 Local Television Station
  • 🎲 Hobby Gaming Trade Publication
  • 🏪 Hobby Game Store
  • 🎥 Online Content Creator who publishes at least twice per month or has an audience of 500+ followers
